Your Purpose

We’re now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join our brilliant On Trade Sales Team in Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial operations and brand agenda within independent on-trade outlets and ensure route to market access for our brands within the assigned region.
  • Deliver on brand activation plans within the defined region, maximising impact on commercial return.
  • Work with the Sales Controllers and Key Account/National Account Managers to execute business plans for new and existing customers.
  • Develop shared business plans and ways of working with appropriate customers/Wholesale partners that demonstrate best practices in customer service.

About You

  • Prior sales experience and track record of managing profitability preferred.
  • Numerate with strong commercial acumen.
  • Persuasive with strong influencing skills.
  • Collaborative and action-oriented.
  • Tenacious, enthusiastic and flexible.
  • IT literate with the ability to work with IT systems and tools.
