Your Purpose: As a Supply Chain Degree Apprentice, you’ll embark on a career‑defining journey into the heart of our operations. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across key areas such as logistics, planning, customer collaboration and inventory management, while studying toward a nationally recognised degree in Supply Chain Management from Aston University. You’ll rotate through different departments, working alongside experienced professionals and receiving tailored on‑the‑job training. With the support of a dedicated mentor and a team of experts, you’ll develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become a future leader in supply chain. This apprenticeship blends practical experience with academic study, giving you a strong foundation in both operational excellence and strategic thinking.

- You will need to have/be predicted at least Grade 4 or C GCSE Maths and English or Level 2 equivalent.
- Applications are welcomed from those with L3 qualifications (3 A levels at CCC and/or BTEC. Minimum of 96 UCAS points) and a passion for a career in supply chain.
