Your Purpose

Your role as Business Services Assistant will be a key player in ensuring smooth operations at our Burton HQ and across the business, delivering exceptional customer experience while supporting facilities, finance, and administration.
You will:
- Deliver a professional reception service, creating outstanding first impressions through effective visitor management and partnering with Facilities Management to maintain site security and compliance with safety standards.
- Handle incoming calls efficiently while ensuring the company directory remains accurate and up to date.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and courier bookings, maintaining confidentiality and providing cost‑effective solutions.
- Assist with financial administration, including invoice processing, departmental trackers, and budget reconciliation.
- Oversee key business services, such as mailboxes, meeting room bookings, stock audits, and provide reprographics and general administrative support.
About You
As we’re hiring for potential, no CVs or relevant experience are required. The only requirement is that you will be available to work between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm and can commit to an on‑site role.

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be adaptable and have a willingness to learn.
- Have strong attention to detail.
