Your Purpose
As a Brewing Apprentice, you’ll begin a rewarding journey into the world of brewing, developing the technical knowledge and hands-on experience needed to become a future brewing technician. Throughout the programme, you’ll receive tailored on-the-job training, rotating through key brewery departments to gain a broad understanding of our operations. You’ll be supported by a dedicated mentor and a team of experts committed to your development. This apprenticeship blends practical experience with academic study, leading to a nationally recognised Level 4 Brewing qualification.
About You
- You will need to have/be predicted a minimum of 5 GCSE (grades 4-9) including Maths, English & Science.
- Applications are welcomed from those with L3 qualifications (A levels and/or BTEC. Minimum of 96 UCAS points) and a passion for a career in manufacturing.
- Have a willingness to work across multiple shifts when required, including evenings and weekends.
- Adaptable – you’re flexible to meet new challenges at pace.
