What you'll do
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that support the growth and visibility of Miller across specific regions.
This role is critical in aligning marketing activity with commercial objectives, delivering targeted campaigns, and supporting regional teams with tools and initiatives that drive client acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Role Responsibilities
- Regional Strategy & Planning
- Support the Head of Marketing in the development and execution of the regional marketing plan in alignment with global marketing strategy, brand guidelines and commercial goals.
- Act as the marketing business partner to regional leadership, providing insight, planning support, and campaign execution.
- Identify market-specific opportunities and client segments for targeted growth campaigns.
- Campaign Management & Demand Generation
- Lead the creation and delivery of integrated campaigns to drive lead generation, client retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Tailor messaging, content, and channels to suit the local market, client personas, and compliance requirements.
- Work with sales teams to align marketing activities with pipeline objectives and sales enablement needs.
- Events & Thought Leadership
- Plan and execute local and regional events, webinars, and roundtables to drive brand visibility and client engagement.
- Working with the Content Manager, collaborate with subject matter experts to produce regionally relevant thought leadership content.
- Digital & Content
- Working with Digital Marketing Manager, manage regional digital presence including localised web content, social media, and email marketing.
- Leverage marketing automation tools (e. g. Salesforce & Account Management) to track performance and optimise efforts.
- Ensure all materials are compliant and aligned with Miller's global brand standards.
- Reporting & Optimisation
- Working with the Marketing Operations Manager, measure campaign effectiveness and share insights on performance, ROI, and market trends with stakeholders.
- Continuously test and improve campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- General
- Adhere to and meet fully the expectations of Miller, as set out in its policies and procedures, best practise, training material, and embedded in its systems and controls.

- Comply with any external rules and requirements imposed on individuals performing their role at Miller, such as Lloyd's byelaws and FCA rules.
