What you’ll do
A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to support the Digital Marketing Manager in the strategic development and hands‑on delivery of digital marketing initiatives across Miller’s platforms. The role will focus on driving digital campaigns, optimising performance, and ensuring alignment with wider marketing and business objectives. The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will take a lead role in selected projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to evolving Miller’s digital marketing maturity.
Role Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, SEO, paid media and web, ensuring alignment with business goals and Miller’s brand.
- Lead the day‑to‑day management of specific digital campaigns and projects, including timelines, creative development, and reporting, working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and optimise high‑quality digital content, including emails, webpages, social media posts, and digital ads.
- Monitor and analyse campaign and channel performance using Google Analytics and other tools, making data‑driven recommendations to optimise results and ROI.
- Act as a key user of Miller’s digital platforms (e.g. Silverstripe, dotDigital), identifying improvements in functionality and usability.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in managing paid digital campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms.
- Proactively stay up to date with the latest digital marketing best practices and trends, and assess their potential application for Miller.
- Support the creation of internal reporting dashboards, using Power BI, Google Looker Studio and other visualisation tools where appropriate.
- Maintain and update website content using Miller’s CMS and support optimisation for user experience and SEO performance.
- Support and mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance on digital best practice and tools.
- Build collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders to understand their business objectives and translate them into digital campaigns.
- Manage suppliers and freelancers when needed for specific digital projects or content delivery.
- Ensure all digital activity adheres to Miller’s brand, legal, compliance and data privacy standards.
- Promote and demonstrate Miller’s values at all times.
