The Construction Site Trainer role will support the training and development of our Production and Site teams across Miller Homes, delivering and designing training that spans compliance, technical capability, and personal development. By enhancing both the technical expertise and broader skillsets of our teams, this role will contribute directly to improving build quality, operational consistency, and customer satisfaction across the business
