Client Onboarding, stakeholder management - London. Two days in the client's London (St Paul's location) office is required. Miller Maxwell is working with a global real-time electronic brokerage seeking to hire experienced Business Client Support Analyst for the European client support team. The successful Business Client Support Analyst will be part of a fast-paced Financial services organisation that will provide exposure to high-performance systems, front-office business users and scope to grow within an innovative business with a global reach.
You the successful Business Client Support Analyst will:
- Onboarding new clients.
- Resolving client's platform issues.
- Resolve trading-related issues for clients where required.
- Provide account management for tier 1 clients – This includes blue-chip financial services business.
- Work closely with different departments across the business with constant interaction with business analysts, project managers, and software engineering teams.
You the successful Business Client Support Analyst will have:
- A degree in a STEM-related subject.
- At least three years experience.
- Experience within Capital Markets, Derivatives or Bonds markets.
- Experience within financial services business, customer, or client services support position.
- Experience working within a customer-focused environment support software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with customers via email and telephone.
