💼 Key Responsibilities for the Technical Business Analyst:

  • Serve as the primary interface between internal engineering teams and external clients, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
  • Collaborate with product, software engineering, and sales teams to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

✅ What the successful Technical Business Analyst will need to bring:

  • A 2:1 or above in a STEM-related degree (essential).
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst within the financial services, this will have been within an electronic trading environment – front-office, brokerage, exchange, ISV, software vendor or market data business.
  • Experience within Equities or Fixed Income markets.
  • Familiarity with modern tech stacks, including Java, Python or C++.
  • Experience working within an electronic trading environment is essential.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
