Miller Maxwell is assisting an international FinTech expanding their UI team. This senior position offers the successful Senior Frontend Engineer the chance to work directly with front-office users to build customised UIs in a fast-paced, live trading environment. The team is a mix of Full Stack Engineers and UI Software Engineers, and this hire will have the freedom to lead projects and take ownership of exciting green-field development projects.
Key Responsibilities for Senior Frontend Developer:
- Collaborate with an experienced full-stack engineering team to enhance their electronic trade execution platform, focusing on front-end development.
- Build user interfaces for their core trade execution trading platform.
- Implement, modify, and configure platform improvements.
- Work closely with a Full Stack team to enhance and improve platform reliability.
Requirements for Senior Frontend Engineer:
- A degree in a STEM-related subject.
- At least six years of commercial frontend development experience.
- Proven experience with React & TypeScript.
- Experience in a FinTech or Financial Services environment.
