As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of their software products.
Key Responsibilities for the QA Automation Engineer:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and/or Playwright.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
- Execute automated tests, analyse results, and report defects.
- Work closely with developers to debug and resolve issues.
- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall quality of the codebase.
Technical Skills for the QA Automation Engineer:
- Strong experience with test automation.
- Proficient experience in behaviour-driven development (BDD) and test automation.
- Experience with Playwright for end-to-end testing.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of object‑oriented programming (OOP) principles.
