Miller Maxwell is working with a global real-time electronic brokerage seeking to hire an experienced Business Client Support Analyst for the European client support team. The successful candidate will be part of a fast-paced financial services organisation that will provide exposure to high-performance systems, front-office business users and scope to grow within an innovative business with a global reach.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new clients.
  • Resolving client's platform issues.
  • Resolve trading-related issues for clients where required.
  • Provide account management for tier 1 clients – This includes blue-chip financial services business.
  • Work closely with different departments across the business with constant interaction with business analysts, project managers, and software engineering teams.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in a STEM-related subject.
  • At least three years experience.
  • Experience within Capital Markets, Derivatives or Bonds markets.
  • Experience within financial services business, customer, or client services support position.
  • Experience working within a customer-focused environment support software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with customers via email and telephone.
