Miller is seeking a Talent & Capability Lead to drive the organisation’s growth, resilience, and performance. In this strategic role, you will shape, plan, and deliver programmes that build leadership capability and develop essential skills across the business.
Working closely with business leaders and People teams, you will embed a strong culture of performance and continuous improvement, design tailored interventions to address development needs, and support succession planning for critical roles in our commitment to develop internal talent.
You will lead the annual performance management cycle, analyse data to inform decision-making, and champion diversity and inclusion in all talent initiatives. Your remit includes deploying innovative learning solutions and digital courses, managing talent retention programmes, and ensuring governance and compliance are upheld.
