We’re hiring Workday Functional Analysts in London! We have multiple opportunities within our Technology, Data & Innovation team supporting both HR (HCM) and Finance functions at Miller. If you’re a Workday specialist looking for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
HCM Functional Analyst (CP4)
Partner with HR to support and optimise Workday across Core HR, Benefits, Talent and Compensation.
Day-to-day you will:
- Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and translate into Workday solutions
- Configure and maintain business processes and organisational structures
- Manage HR master data (job profiles, positions, org types)
- Support testing, releases, and annual HR cycles
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues (Tier 2/3)
We’re looking for:
- Workday HCM experience or strong HR systems background
- Understanding of HR processes and employee data
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Finance Functional Analyst (CP4)
Work closely with Finance teams to support Workday across FP&A, Expenses, Procurement and Projects.
Day-to-day you will:
- Partner with Finance to gather requirements and improve processes
- Configure Workday financial modules and business processes
- Maintain finance master data (e.g. cost centres, hierarchies)
- Support reporting, integrations, and system testing
- Resolve system issues and support continuous improvement
We’re looking for:
- Workday Finance or finance systems experience
- Understanding of finance processes, reporting, and data management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with stakeholders across Finance and Technology
Senior Finance Functional Analyst (CP5)
Act as a strategic partner to Finance, leading on Workday Financials configuration and optimisation.
Day-to-day you will:
- Lead on complex configuration and business process design
- Provide expert advice and impact analysis to Finance stakeholders
- Own system improvements and optimisation initiatives
- Support integrations, security and governance of financial data
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues and mentor others
We’re looking for:
- Strong Workday Finance experience (advanced level)
- Deep understanding of financial systems and processes
- Experience delivering system improvements and driving best practice
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
