What You’ll Do:
- Understand clients’ business and risk management needs, delivering ongoing service to meet these requirements
- Manage impending renewals and prepare market documentation in line with client and market needs
- Support creation of presentations and ensure accurate, timely production and closure of all client documentation
- Liaise with technical and compliance teams to facilitate insurance placements and ensure procedures are followed
- Maintain accurate records and perform quality control checks
- Identify opportunities to grow the portfolio, including cross-selling across Miller
- Adhere to Miller’s policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, and promote the Miller brand and values
Knowledge & Experience:
Qualifications:
- Progress with CII qualifications is desirable
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent) required
Knowledge:
- Understanding of Lloyd’s, London, and international insurance markets
- Account handling knowledge beneficial but not essential
- Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications
Experience:
- Background in specialist insurance within Lloyd’s, London, or international markets
- Proven experience in a client-focused or customer service role
- Ability to manage high volumes of work with strong attention to detail
