What You’ll Do:

  • Understand clients’ business and risk management needs, delivering ongoing service to meet these requirements
  • Manage impending renewals and prepare market documentation in line with client and market needs
  • Support creation of presentations and ensure accurate, timely production and closure of all client documentation
  • Liaise with technical and compliance teams to facilitate insurance placements and ensure procedures are followed
  • Maintain accurate records and perform quality control checks
  • Identify opportunities to grow the portfolio, including cross-selling across Miller
  • Adhere to Miller’s policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, and promote the Miller brand and values

Knowledge & Experience:

Qualifications:

  • Progress with CII qualifications is desirable
  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent) required

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of Lloyd’s, London, and international insurance markets
  • Account handling knowledge beneficial but not essential
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications

Experience:

  • Background in specialist insurance within Lloyd’s, London, or international markets
  • Proven experience in a client-focused or customer service role
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work with strong attention to detail
