We’re looking for a talented Bartender / Mixologist who can craft premium cocktails, bring creativity to the bar and deliver outstanding service to a discerning clientele.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating and serving premium cocktails, classic favourites and bespoke drinks.
- Delivering exceptional, personalised service in a stylish hotel setting.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, bar service and product knowledge.
- Working confidently during busy services, events and extended hours.
- Bringing personality, creativity and a genuine passion for hospitality to every shift.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a bartender, mixologist or in premium hospitality.
- Strong cocktail-making skills and a passion for quality ingredients.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and extended hours when required.
- A professional, enthusiastic attitude and pride in delivering memorable experiences.
