We’re looking for a motivated Junior Hotel Operations Manager to support the day-to-day running of the hotel, lead by example and help ensure smooth operations across departments.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting daily hotel operations across front office, food and beverage and guest services.
- Supervising and motivating teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintaining high standards of service, presentation and operational efficiency.
- Handling guest queries and resolving issues professionally.
- Supporting staff scheduling, training and performance management.
- Working closely with senior management to improve standards and drive results.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous supervisory or management experience within a hotel.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A hands-on approach with a passion for premium hospitality.
- The ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and evenings as required.
