We are looking to recruit 2 site-based Development Sales Managers to join our Sales team based in the Yorkshire Region, reporting to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
Your role is primarily to manage the day-to-day sales function on a development and be the primary Miller Homes contact for potential and actual customers having responsibility for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures, and targets.
Qualifications
You will be self-motivated, target driven and organised with good IT proficiency. We are looking for candidates who will have a passion for delivering first class customer service and you will be rewarded by the potential for excellent earning opportunities and the chance to further your career with a leading national house-building firm. Flexibility as to working location is a key requisite of this site-based sales role.
