About the role

Due to our continued growth strategy, we are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join our Sales team based in our North East Region.
We are looking for an established manager with the drive and passion to develop their career within the industry. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing our site-based sales team to ensure that the sales processes are implemented effectively and that sales targets are achieved. In this crucial role, you will link the site and office, ensuring that decisions on sales policies and initiatives are fully implemented by your sales team. You will work alongside the wider team to drive sales and marketing initiatives and successful sales operations across the North East area.
The successful candidate will be an expert salesperson with supervisory or management experience ideally gained within the large house building sector, although those with transferable skills from other fast-paced sales backgrounds may also be considered. You will be a skilled people manager who can recruit, retain, motivate, and develop a remotely based sales team. Candidates with a working knowledge of property and contracts legislation, customer service, and marketing will be at an advantage. You must be prepared to work flexibly across our sites and offices, using the Company Car provided.
