Can you manage a Sales Development on one of our Sites?

We are looking to recruit a site-based Sales Advisor to join our Sales team based in our South Midlands Region (to be located in Houghton Conquest) reporting to the Sales Manager.
Your role is primarily to manage the day-to-day sales function on a development and be the first point of contact for potential and actual customers. You will be responsible for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures, and targets.
You will be self-motivated, target-driven, and organized with good IT proficiency. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for delivering first-class customer service and who will be rewarded with excellent earning opportunities and the chance to further your career with a leading national house-building firm.

Flexibility regarding the working location is a key requisite of this site-based sales role.
New Homes sales experience is essential.
