We are seeking to recruit a Production Administrator to join our team in Teesside (Newton Aycliffe) on a Fixed Term contract for 12 months. The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Production function and Director.
Responsibilities include:
- Electronic and paper filing of correspondence, general papers, and emails
- Answering calls from customers and site employees
- Collating information for production reports, including site packs, build programmes, build status overviews, and plots at risk
- Maintaining information on our databases, systems, and registers
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, busy administrative environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 2010)
