The Personal Assistant will provide support to the Regional Operations Director for the region by ensuring that an effective level of administrative support, office management, reception management, diary management and customer service to both internal and external stakeholders is provided at all timesRESPONSIBILITIES:Upkeep of Director diary, making appointments as and when requiredDevelopment and management of annual calendar for Director, including scheduling of site visits and liaison with personnel for dates of long service and retiralsBooking of all Hotel / Travel arrangements for DirectorsCollation and preparation of materials for Board packsREQUIREMENTS:Experienced in providing board / Director level supportAbility to work to tight deadlines and work effectively under pressureHas a high degree of personal discipline and pride in workProficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, desk top publishing e-mail and internetWHAT WE OFFER:Basic salary circa £28k26 days annual leave + public holidays + your birthday offOpportunity to earn 10% bonusCompany contribute 6.5% to your pension, plus other benefits…………….How to applyPlease submit your Curriculum Vitae and covering letter ideally including details of your current salary and notice period.This job advert will close as soon as sufficient applications have been received, and therefore you should apply for this job as soon as possible.(No Agencies Please)
