We are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager for our North-East region based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The role will see you managing all commercial Marketing activities within the Region, and supporting the Sales Director with implementation of the Marketing strategy and promotion of sales for Miller Homes Limited.

MARKETING MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for and manage the day to day marketing activities
  • Consultation with external agencies, i.e. PR & marketing agencies, advertising agencies, brochure designers, Media booking agencies, radio companies and PPC agencies etc.
  • Co-ordinate the preparation on press statements for media enquiries.
  • Liaison with PR teams and relevant departments to ensure matters are dealt with in the best possible way
  • The roll out of initiatives as instructed by Group Sales Director and Sales Directors

MARKETING MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Skilled communicator, who can produce and explain both written and verbal forms of marketing information, reports and data for regional management
  • Analytical skills, able to collate and analyse market research and analytics to identify new and emerging trends and successful initiatives which drive Sales
  • Experience in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce and Google analytics
  • Previous experience of managing marketing activities for a busy Sales / Marketing function is essential
