We are looking to recruit a Senior Architectural Technician to join our fantastic Group Technical team. As a Group Architectural Technician, you will assist in the design and technical delivery of high-quality architectural solutions. Reporting to the Group Architectural Manager, you will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings, ensuring compliance with regulations and NHBC standards, and supporting the coordination of design information. You will work closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produce detailed construction drawings, and technical documentation for all standard house types.
- Ensure all drawings comply with building regulations, NHBC standards, and company requirements.
- Work with structural engineers, suppliers, and regional technical teams to ensure design coordination.
- Support the Group Architectural Manager in implementing quality control processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of building systems, construction processes, building regulations, and NHBC standards.
- Experience in reviewing and coordinating external consultants’ and suppliers’ information.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
