We are looking to recruit a Commercial Administrator to join our fantastic Southern Commercial team and play a key role in providing support to a busy Commercial department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Electronic and paper filing of correspondence, general papers and emails
  • Answering calls from subcontractors / suppliers / employees
  • Dealing with calls from regions and requesting information from them and chasing for responses
  • Assisting with preparation of information for tender packages.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to communicate written and verbally with people at all levels
  • Ability to deal with a number of tasks at the same time
  • Must be approachable and have a can do attitude
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel
