We are hiring a Customer Services Technician for the North‑East region (Newcastle, NE27 0QJ) to undertake multi‑trade remedial tasks in occupied or unoccupied properties, ensuring safety and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out work diligently and safely in line with the company SH&E Management System.
  • Maintain regular liaison with the Central Office Hub for status reporting of ongoing and completed tasks.
  • Appear professionally and use appropriate footwear and protection when working in occupied properties.
  • Obtain signed satisfaction/completion notifications from customers when possible.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably with another housebuilder.
  • Multi‑skilled: sound knowledge of joinery, general labouring, bricklaying, plaster patching, painting and decorating.
  • Demonstrate courteous, exemplary and efficient customer service at all times.
  • Build strong professional relationships and liaise regularly with different disciplines within the business to achieve daily goals.
