Job Role
You will be responsible for and be involved in a diverse range of duties and projects including preparation of feasibility layouts, Planning Applications and preparing design information and house type drawings, together with the necessary administration as will be required in connection with the duties associated with the Design & Technical Department.
You should be fully conversant in Autocad software and, experience within the sector is essential, while also having a good knowledge of Photoshop & Sketch up, Microsoft Word and Excel packages. Experience in the Layout design and preparation of Design packages for planning application is a crucial requirement for the role
You will work with Miller Homes/ St Modwen Homes Limited Design/Technical team to obtain planning permission and ensure the subsequent delivery of units on site in accordance with the regional business plan/objectives
