We have a brand new role within our Group Partnerships function. The Technical Coordinator will provide the link and main point of contact between the Partnerships Team and the Regional Technical Teams, and external advisors where required, regarding all related technical information and requirements needed to deliver a scheme with our partners. The role plays a critical part in de-risking and enabling Partnerships transactions by ensuring technical information is accurate, timely and aligned with the respective partner (and/or their funders) and all relevant legal requirements. To have an all-round knowledge of technical issues including a good understanding of Building Regulations / NHBC standards.
- Competitive basic salary + car or car allowance of Β£5,000 per annum
