We are looking to recruit a Construction Site Trainer to join us covering our regions in the Midlands & South. The Construction Site Trainer role will support the training and development of our Production and Site teams across Miller Homes, delivering and designing training that spans compliance, technical capability, and personal development. By enhancing both the technical expertise and broader skillsets of our teams, this role will contribute directly to improving build quality, operational consistency, and customer satisfaction across the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Create, develop, and maintain high-quality training programmes for Miller Homes Production and Site teams, ensuring compliance and competency requirements are consistently met.
- Deliver induction training modules at designated hub locations for new and existing Production and Site staff.
- Organise and manage key training programmes, including site management development initiatives and Production and Site focused modules.
- Conduct site visits to coach and support learners in their working environment, ensuring learning is embedded into day-to-day practice.
- Ability to build strong relationships, collaborate effectively, and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering learning programmes across the full learning cycle.
- Experience delivering structured training within Construction Site Management.
- Self-sufficient and highly motivated, with excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
