Due to our continued growth strategy, we are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join our Sales team based in our North East Region.
We are seeking an established manager with the drive and passion to develop their career within the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage our site-based sales team to ensure effective implementation of sales processes.
- Achieve sales targets and drive sales and marketing initiatives.
- Serve as a link between the site and office, ensuring sales policies and initiatives are implemented.
- Recruit, retain, motivate, and develop a remotely based sales team.
Qualifications:
- Expert salesperson with supervisory or management experience, ideally in the large house building sector.
- Transferable skills from other fast-paced sales backgrounds may also be considered.
- Working knowledge of property and contracts legislation, customer service, and marketing is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexibly across sites and offices, with a Company Car provided.
