We are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to join our team in Scotland East (Edinburgh) on a Fixed Term contract until the end of January 2026. The Personal Assistant will provide support to the Regional Operations Director for the region by ensuring that an effective level of administrative support, office management, reception management, diary management and customer service to both internal and external stakeholders is provided at all times

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Upkeep of Director diary, making appointments as and when required
  • Development and management of annual calendar for Director, including scheduling of site visits and liaison with personnel for dates of long service and retirals
  • Booking of all Hotel / Travel arrangements for Directors
  • Collation and preparation of materials for Board packs

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experienced in providing board / Director level support
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
  • Has a high degree of personal discipline and pride in work
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, desk top publishing e-mail and internet

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Basic salary circa £28k
  • 26 days annual leave + public holidays + your birthday off
  • Opportunity to earn 10% bonus
  • Company contribute 6.5% to your pension, plus other benefits
