The predicted salary is between 28 - 29 £ per hour.

£13.60-£14.10 per hour & travel time paid! Paid mileage, free uniform, free DBS.

QCF Level 2 weekly rota, refer a friend bonus, career development, competitive rates of pay.

Transport is essential due to providing care and support at service users' homes.

Community Support Worker/carer with every other weekend availability.

Miller Home Care is passionate about the service we provide. We are looking for caring and trustworthy individuals to join our home care team. The management team has worked in all job roles within the sector, so we know how to support any new recruit. We are also family-run, and we understand that it can be hard to juggle both life and work commitments. This is why we want to offer our staff a flexible approach, including shift patterns that allow you to plan your life around your rota.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a fully insured and taxed vehicle on a daily basis.
  • Applicants must be 18 or over.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.

We require our staff to provide:

  • Personal care
  • Medication administration
  • Meal preparation
  • Light household duties
  • Companion calls
  • Shopping
  • End of life care
  • Manual handling tasks (use of a steady or a hoist)

SCW registration or willingness to register. QCF level 2/3 or willingness to work towards it.

Care experience is desired but not essential, as full training and support will be provided by our in-house trainer.

A driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role. QCF level 2 is required or will work towards this award, which will be provided through us. Become qualified as you work.
