Recruiter (Experienced) Miller Hospitality established in 2003 to provide professional recruitment service within the hospitality sector throughout Ireland. This role is coming on board as a director saving tax for both parties, bonus payments will be unlimited and will form a driver for you and working as a team, you will be working on each others behalf making life easier and working in a team is key. We will be running a front and back person desk for both temp and perm. As a hospitality recruitment consultant, your role involves connecting talented individuals with job opportunities in the hospitality industry. You would typically work closely with hotels, resorts, restaurants, event venues, and other hospitality businesses to understand their staffing needs and find suitable candidates. Key responsibilities may include: Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with hospitality clients, understanding their staffing requirements, and providing recruitment solutions. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Identifying potential candidates through various channels (job boards, networking, referrals) and assessing their qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles. Interviewing and Selection: Conducting interviews (in-person or virtual) to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with client organizations. Placement and Onboarding: Facilitating the hiring process, negotiating offers, and assisting with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for both candidates and clients. Industry Knowledge and Trends: Keeping up to date with trends and developments in the hospitality sector to better advise clients and candidates. Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring that recruitment processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, such as employment laws and data protection regulations. Client Support: Providing ongoing support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process and beyond, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
