The Role
The firm is open to considering either:
- Housing Disrepair Paralegal
- Ideal for a candidate with existing HDR experience who is now looking for a clear path to a Training Contract.
- You will support a busy Housing Disrepair team and have your own caseload of HDR matters.
- Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE)
- You will take responsibility for running your own Housing Disrepair litigated caseload from inception to conclusion, with support from senior team members where needed.
- This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a role with real autonomy and progression potential.
About You
- Paralegal:
- Previous Housing Disrepair experience is essential.
- Strong interest in progressing to a Training Contract.
- Confident managing pre-litigated files and supporting on litigated work.
- Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE):
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
- Experience in HDR pre and post litigation.
- Able to run files independently with minimal supervision.
