THE ROLE
You’ll sit at the centre of our commercial property department — keeping cases moving, clients informed and fee earners focused on what they do best.
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Assisting commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
- Assisting senior fee earners, and the directors with administrative tasks around the office.
- Handling Land Registry applications, SDLT returns and pre-completion searches
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents with precision
- Keeping clients proactively updated — no one chases you twice
- Running AML checks and maintaining full compliance across your caseload
You don’t need to be told twice, and you don’t let things slip. You’re the person colleagues rely on when it matters.
You’ll have:
- Solid experience in commercial property or conveyancing administration
- Exceptional attention to detail — it’s not a skill for you, it’s a standard
- Confidence managing a varied caseload in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with case management systems and the Land Registry process
