A modern, technology-driven conveyancing group is looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its Remote working team. If you’re currently working in residential conveyancing and looking for better systems, realistic workloads and genuine earning potential, this role offers an opportunity to build your career in a supportive environment.

The Role

Following a comprehensive Learning and Development induction, you will manage a mixed residential conveyancing caseload tailored to your experience. Your work will include:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership matters

You will manage files from instruction through to completion, ensuring excellent client service while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

What You’ll Need

  • At least 6 + years conveyancing experience managing a caseload of the above files.
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
