Private Client Solicitor - Court Of Protection

Miller Grace are recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor specialising in Court of Protection within a storied full service firm based in their Crosby office. This highly reputable high street firm who were established over a 100 years ago, are looking for a Private Client Solicitor 5+ years PQE join their already existing Private Client team.

Due to growth and opportunity within the company, the position has opened and a Private Client Solicitor with strong experience in Court of Protection matters, HNW Clients, Probate, Wills, Trusts, Estate/Tax Planning. You will be reporting to the Head of Private Client and joining a busy Private Client team who boasts their staff retention, culture and personal progression. As a disclaimer, this role is heavily focused on Court of Protection matters.

The successful candidate for the Private Client Solicitor role will have a constant flow of work to be responsible for. After onboarding, there will be a lot of flexibility that comes with this role, the firm will be looking for someone who is happy to work in a busy environment, face clients and have the drive to work their way through the ranks.
