We are working with a boutique, well-established claimant personal injury firm in Liverpool that is looking to recruit a Personal Injury Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor experienced in handling PI matters who is ready to take the next step in their career. The role offers the chance to manage your own caseload while working closely alongside a highly experienced Grade A Serious Injury Solicitor, within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The role will involve:
- Managing a caseload of personal injury and serious injury claims, from inception to conclusion
- Advising clients with sensitivity, professionalism, and technical expertise
- Working collaboratively with senior colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients
What you’ll need:
- A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in serious injury or fast and intermediate track EL PL.
- Experience of issuing proceedings and drafting pleadings
- Excellent communication and advocacy abilities
- The ability to manage a caseload efficiently and commercially
