A forward-thinking Law Firm in Altrincham is looking for litigation solicitors to join them. This is an excellent opportunity for a solid personal injury solicitor, to gain exposure and re-train into more general Civil and Commercial Litigation. This is a genuine growth role where you will be given both responsibility and trust, while having the chance to broaden your skills beyond PI into wider litigation work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an existing caseload of PI (predominantly RTA) and litigation matters.
  • Progress PI cases from portal through to litigation, including fast-track and intermediate track claims.
  • Handle additional areas of litigation including landlord & tenant disputes and minor commercial litigation.
  • Support the development of the litigation department, with opportunities to bring in and grow new work.
  • Work collaboratively with Directors and colleagues, with mentoring and technical support available from senior solicitors.
What they are looking for
  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales).
  • Experience in Personal Injury litigation (RTA preferred).
  • Strong technical litigation skills, with the ability to think outside the box and maximise case value.
  • Interest in expanding into wider litigation areas (landlord & tenant, commercial disputes, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to manage a caseload without heavy supervision.
  • Commercial awareness with a client-focused approach.
