A modern, technology-driven conveyancing group is looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its Leeds team on a hybrid basis. The Role

Following a comprehensive Learning and Development induction, you will manage a mixed residential conveyancing caseload tailored to your experience. Your work will include:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership matters

You will manage files from instruction through to completion, ensuring excellent client service while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

What You’ll Need

  • At least 15 months’ conveyancing experience managing a caseload of the above files.
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
