A highly regarded Corporate firm based in Dudley are currently seeking a highly motivated Corporate Paralegal to join their rapidly growing team. Previous experience is not essential, candidates can be LPC/Law Graduates who have a strong interest in Corporate M&A transactions.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Deal effectively with clients and third parties over the telephone, in written correspondence and occasionally face to face, to provide advice and assistance
  • Be responsible for chasing various documentation
  • Keep the case management system up to date
  • Ensure clients and introducers of business receive the best possible service at times
  • Prepare the completion packs for the accounts department, to include completion statements and invoices
