This leading national firm in Birmingham is looking for an experience Corporate Associate (2-5 PQE) to join their rapidly growing team. This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded Corporate team and get exposure to quality work in an environment which prioritises its staff to grow and develop. Responsibilities: * Acting on corporate finance transactions including mergers and acquisitions * Joint ventures and private equity transitions * Draft standard corporate documents such as articles of association, shareholders agreements and SPAs.
