This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal/Fee Earner to join a leading firm based in Altrincham.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to handle a caseload from start to completion.
  • Experience in residential conveyancing - sales, purchases, and re-mortgage.
  • Strong drafting, due diligence, and problem-solving skills, particularly on complex title matters.
  • Independently conduct all aspects of the conveyancing process, including complex title checking, drafting contracts, handling exchanges, and completing completions.

Caseload

  • Approx. 10 new cases per week across the team.
  • More emphasis on purchase work.

Compensation

  • Salary up to £35,000 (Negotiable depending on experience).
  • Opportunity for percentage-based earning potential on any work successfully brought into the firm.

Hours

  • 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday (negotiable and flexible).
