We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Conveyancing Fee Earner at the office of one of our clients, a busy law firm, located in Manchester on a full-time basis. Experience in conveyancing and caseload management from inception to post-completion is essential.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Caseload Management: Taking ownership of files from initial instruction to post-completion.
- Diverse Transactions: Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and dealing with complex elements like leasehold, new build, and shared ownership.
- Quality Client Care: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, estate agents, and lenders, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.
- Compliance: Upholding CQS and all internal compliance standards rigorously.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload from inception to post-completion.
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience running a full, independent residential conveyancing caseload.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in complex leasehold matters, unregistered land, and title investigation.
- Soft Skills: A proactive approach, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills.
