A leading client in Legal is hiring for a Conveyancing Assistant within their busy property team at their office in Bradford. The role will involve providing administrative support to the Head of Department and other fee earners in the team, undertake fee earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the department. The role will involve performing all duties and functions to ensure the smooth running of the team and assisting in providing a top-quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Files creation
- Drafting contract packs
- Searches and completion statements
- Post exchange completion work
- Corresponding with clients, third parties and agents via telephone / written correspondence and, at times, in person.
- General supportive duties as assigned by the fee earners you will be supporting
About you:
