Base pay range

A well-respected and established law firm based in Manchester City Centre who are on the lookout for a Commercial Property Solicitor. Candidates should have between 1-4 PQE with significant experience working within Commercial Property.

To be considered for this role, you will need to:

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (3-8 years PQE preferred, but all levels considered).
• Proven experience in commercial property law and handling a wide range of property transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively and work independently.
• Commercially minded with the ability to deliver practical solutions to clients.
