An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (NQ to 5 years PQE) to join a Legal 500 recognised firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality claimant work. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive and well-established Clinical Negligence department handling a varied and interesting caseload. This position offers a predominantly remote working arrangement, with the flexibility to attend the North West office occasionally each month. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters from instruction through to settlement.
  • Conduct detailed investigations into liability, causation, and quantum.
  • Draft legal documents, witness statements, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with clients, experts, counsel, and other parties effectively and professionally.
  • Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the team and firm.
About You:
  • Qualified Solicitor (NQ–5 years PQE).
  • Experience handling clinical negligence.
  • Strong client care, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
