An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (NQ to 5 years PQE) to join a Legal 500 recognised firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality claimant work. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive and well-established Clinical Negligence department handling a varied and interesting caseload.
This position offers a predominantly remote working arrangement, with the flexibility to attend the North West office occasionally each month. It’s a great opportunity for those seeking genuine work-life balance, career progression, and exposure to quality cases within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters from instruction through to settlement.
- Conduct detailed investigations into liability, causation, and quantum.
- Draft legal documents, witness statements, and correspondence.
- Liaise with clients, experts, counsel, and other parties effectively and professionally.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the team and firm.
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ–5 years PQE).
- Experience handling clinical negligence.
