A modern, technology-driven conveyancing group is looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its Leeds team on a hybrid basis.

The Role
Following a comprehensive Learning and Development induction, you will manage a mixed residential conveyancing caseload tailored to your experience. Your work will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
You will manage files from instruction through to completion, ensuring excellent client service while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
What You’ll Need
- At least 15 months’ conveyancing experience managing a caseload of the above files.
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
